Ikon Pass Resort Tools
We developed the Ikon Pass Resort Tools platform—a responsive web application used across all Ikon Pass-affiliated resorts. Designed to support high user volumes and diverse operational needs, this platform is a key tool for resort teams and reflects our focus on delivering reliable, user-centered solutions at scale.

Sitecore CMS Development
To support Alterra’s portfolio of resort brands, we developed and maintain a centralized, multi-site Sitecore content management system. This scalable, multilingual platform powers 15 resort websites within a single instance—streamlining content operations, enabling brand flexibility, and delivering a consistent user experience across properties.

Full-Stack Development
As part of our ongoing partnership, we provide dedicated resources to Alterra’s Pass Platform team. Our work supports key systems such as RTP (resort point of sale), resort charge functionality tied to the Ikon Pass product, and other critical integrations that connect enterprise platforms across the organization.

Storybook Design System
We’ve implemented a shared Storybook design system to support consistent, scalable front-end development across Alterra’s 19 mountain destinations. This system enables each brand to maintain a distinct visual identity while benefiting from a centralized, reusable component library—streamlining development and ensuring design consistency at scale.

Project Management
In addition to engineering and design, we’ve supported various teams at Alterra through project and product management staff augmentation.
