Aspen One has drawn on the full breadth of our service offering—including project management, UX/UI design, front-end and back-end engineering, native mobile development, quality assurance, and technology consulting.

Guest Account Portal

To enhance the guest experience and streamline arrival, we developed an online account portal that enables visitors to complete key administrative tasks before setting foot on the mountain—reducing wait times and getting them on the slopes faster.

The portal allows guests to manage lift tickets, ski lessons, and rental reservations. Users can view order history, sign waivers, and input ski or snowboard ability levels, along with rental equipment sizes for their entire household. Crucially, the system provides access to QR codes used for contactless pickup at kiosks, ski school check-in, and rental equipment check-out—creating a seamless, self-service experience.

Aspen Snowmass App

We led the development of the first two iterations of the Aspen Snowmass native mobile app for both iOS and Android. Designed to enhance the on-mountain experience, the app enables guests to track their skier days across all four Aspen Snowmass resorts.

Additional features include real-time snow and weather conditions, interactive trail maps, lift and terrain status, event listings, activity guides, and Aspen Highlands Bowl lap tracking—delivering a comprehensive, guest-centric digital experience.

Sitecore Content Management System

We partnered with Aspen One to migrate their major resort brands onto a centralized Sitecore CMS platform. This multi-site implementation enables content editors and marketers to efficiently manage all websites from a single, unified system.

Beyond enterprise-grade content management, we integrated the platform with key third-party systems—including booking engines, on-mountain webcams, and real-time feeds for weather, lift, terrain, and parking status—delivering a seamless and engaging guest experience.

Sites include: Aspen Snowmass, Limelight Hotels, and The Little Nell.

Integrations

Integrations are a critical component of every Aspen One software implementation, enabling seamless experiences across guest-facing and internal systems.

For resort operations, integrations deliver real-time weather data, snow reports, trail and lift statuses, parking updates, webcams, and on-mountain event and activity details. In hospitality, systems are connected to manage bookings, availability, pricing, and restaurant reservations.

Commerce and guest data flow through RTP One, Aspen One’s centralized point-of-sale system. Business-to-business integrations support gift card services, email marketing, and lead generation, while system-to-system connections power data synchronization across customer engagement platforms, data management systems, and call center operations.

Integrations include: Stay Aspen Snowmass, Shopify, Salesforce, Alice, Infor, Revinate, Qualtrics, Tock, Book for Time, Open Table, Braze, Lexer, Aspenware, and Toast to name a few.

Digital Check-In Application

No one enjoys waiting in line or filling out forms by hand. Our digital check-in application reimagines the guest arrival experience, enabling fast, seamless check-ins for lessons, rentals, and ski school—eliminating long lines, clipboards, and paper waste.

Guests use this in-person application by scanning QR codes generated through the integrated Guest Account Portal. By designing tools that support both pre-arrival and on-site interactions, we’ve created a cohesive, user-friendly experience that adds convenience, reduces friction, and enhances the overall journey.
